* Anyone taking a guest to the Prom or Ball that is not in their grade or does not attend school here needs to have a Guest Referral Sheet filled out even if the guest attends IHS.  You can pick the forms up in the Main Office or in the Bookstore.  Please do this as soon as possible.

-JOB AVAILABLE!  Work at the Brighton Farmer's Market every Su nday from 8:30 - 1:30 from May - November!  The right candidate must be very outgoing, polite, be great with mental math, additions, making change and taking direction/constructive criticism from owners. Farm markets are a super fun place to work. This fast paced job will really develop customer service and selling skills.  You must be able to work the entire season.

-Irondequoit Youth Employment Day is this Saturday, April 29th from 9 a.m - 12 noon at I-Square, 400 Bakers Park  Register.  Many local employers will be present.  To register, go online to i-square and clock on Employment

*Amnesty International will be having a clothing and bedding drive December 1st through 16th. Please consider donating gently used clothing and bedding.  Donations can be dropped off in the commons.  All donations will be going to the City Mission.

*There will be an informational meeting for all students interested in the 2018 trip to Spain Wednesday, December 21st at 6:30 in Room 1217.  You must be a current sophomore or Junior enrolled in a Spanish course next year to attend.  Bring your parents and see Señorita Seeley with any questions!

*Let your friends know you're thinking about them this holiday season. Send them a Holiday-Gram to be delivered during classes from now until winter break. You can buy Holiday-Grams from the class of 2020 during lunch periods outside the bookstore. You can even send them a mini stuffed animal!

*The Red Cross Lifeguarding Class will be offered at IHS beginning this Saturday (Dec. 17) and continuing over the holiday break, December 26 - 30 at the IHS Pool.  Upon completion of this class, you will be fully credentialed to work as a Lifeguard.  Advanced registration is required through the Community Education Program - call 336-3014.  If you have questions about the class, call the Aquatics Director, Deborah Burke at 336-0621.

*There is Art Club Today in art room 1144. We will be taking our yearbook picture.

The Criminal Justice Exploring Academy will be July 19-22 at the Public Safety Training Facility on Scottsville Rd.
